Bath was our first destination in Europe and staying at the Aquae Sulis Guest House was a great way to start the trip. The staff were very friendly and helped us figure out the right buses to take to get where we needed to go and they made great dining recommendations. The breakfasts were excellent and clearly homemade and we enjoyed being able to use the dining area for our take away dinner. We had enjoyable conversations with others staying here during their visit to Bath. We booked the family triple on the second floor. It was very comfortable and seemed quite spacious compared to the typical hotel room. We had a really nice view out of our room. It was nice to be staying a little ways from the town center – the area was quiet and not crowded. There were nice looking houses all around the neighborhood with beautiful flowers and hedges. We will definitely stay at the Aquae Sulis Guest House again.
