Description: Jika Jika is the brainchild of Bath, England and British Lions rugby legends – Matt Stevens and Lee Mears. Together they have created this business out of a love for coffee and an acknowledgement of the need for a truly amazing cup in the city of Bath.Open 7 days per week, we are driven by a fundamental passion for great coffee served up by our professional baristas. In the 4 years since opening we have also developed a fantastic food menu created from the best local produce. All of our pastries, cakes and breads are made from scratch, daily in store. We also have an amazing array of loose-leaf teas and a sophisticated Cocktail Menu and Wine List.We hope that Jika Jika will feel like your home away from home and that you enjoy some of the fabulous produce we have on offer for you.We love to hold private events at Jika Jika, whether it’s a Birthday Party, Wedding Reception or Anniversary we can create the perfect event for you. With use of either the glass topped atrium or the whole venue we can tailor any event to your specific needs. Our Head Chef will design the ideal menu, whether that is a sit down dinner, buffet or range of delicious canapés.

“King Jika Jika has good taste.”
Reviewed March 6, 2013

Went here for breakfast with my girlfriend on a trip to Bath. The interior and layout was impressive and the atmoshpere was mellow. We didnt have to wait for long for a waitress to come over and take our order. My mocha was lush and my ladies green tea also. We didnt have to wait long for our food eiher, my g/fs breakfast burrito was amazing and I had my first (and not last) eggs benadict. I recomend both.
Although a tad on the pricy side for our budget id certaiy go again!

Oh and free WIFI too, that always wins points i think :-)

“Slow service”
Reviewed March 2, 2013

Went in with partner about 9.30 on a Saturday morning. The place was only about half full but despite this it took about ten minutes for someone to take our order of two coffees and then another ten minutes for the coffees to come. The coffee was very average and not much more than warm when it arrived. For some reason they couldn't take our food order at the same time as our coffee order so when the coffees came we ordered breakfast which despite being very simple (just pastries) took another ten minutes to come. The breakfast was very good when it arrived. The place has a nice relaxed feel about it but I'm afraid the staff are too relaxed as well - they are just too slow.

“yummy cake”
Reviewed February 12, 2013

Was visiting Bath with friends and Jika Jika had been recommended, we weren't disappointed. Had a delicious brunch, staff very accommodating and even moved tables around to fit in a highchair for us. We returned in the afternoon for lovely hot chocolate and yummy cake. Would definitely return and recommend to others!

“Great for brunch”
Reviewed February 12, 2013

Just as the title of this review says, this is the perfect place for brunch (and probably lunch and dinner too!). It's very popular yet large enough to mean you will get a table. The service was efficient and friendly and the food great. Loved the Breakfast Burrito with a tropical smoothie.
