Stayed here for 2 nights as it was our anniversary. Lovely old building, I can see why they have so many weddings here. Quite difficult to find as in a tiny village but got there in the end. Rooms comfortable but basic. Nice modern bathroom, fluffy towels but only gripe was the shower...more pressure please! Breakfast was tasty, well cooked and usual selection of full english or continental. Slightly overpriced at £10 per head but no other alternatives in village really unless one drives into Bath. Bit disappointed with the service as we basically wondered into the breakfast room on the first day and had to ask for some tea or coffee as no one was very forthcoming. On the whole good value for money but don't expect high end luxury. Will definitely consider staying here again if in the area.More
