It's standard fare: a comfortable night's sleep, a good cooked breakfast. Nothing special. But nothing too much wrong - EXCEPT THEY CHARGE FOR WIFI IN THE ROOMS. Which I always find offensive.

I used my ipad personal hotspot, but since its 2013, I would have thought they'd have stopped offending their customers by charging for wifi. I'm sure they've done their numbers and they make more money this way. Next time I come back to bath (for work) I will most likely stay somewhere else. I just find it rude.

Would have got 4 stars had they NOT charged for Internet in the rooms.

The Bath Hilton is perfect for exploring the city. It is right in the centre of the shopping area and near to theatres etc. Hotel is of a very high standard. We ate in the restaurant on a previous visit and it was great. Breakfast is buffet style but really good. You should be aware that there is no car park so you have to park in the Podium car park and the hotel will then validate your token before you leave. This will cost an extra £15. Having said this we felt it was a compromise worth making for the central location.

My only criticism of this hotel was that I was not there long enough to enjoy it properly. I was staying over night for the special olympics. Typical hilton fayre set in an amazing backdrop of bath's georgian splendour. Room comfortable and the breakfast great. Wifi was a little annoying. Paid for it yet one had to constantly log on. Parking is very close but at £15 quite expensive but this is often the case with city centre hotels these days.

You are in the centre so there is much to explore. The Royal Crescent is only a few minutes walk away. Would certainly return again.

Excellent position right in the heart of this beautiful city. Nice room, clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Huge double bed and tea making facilities and the staff were very helpful

We came for a relaxing weekend away and thought we would treat ourselves to a big brand hotel. Sadly, this did not live up to expectation. Upon arrival, we were told that despite paying over £300 up front, they didn't have any twin rooms left. After 15 minutes of heated discussions we eventually got upgraded to a double room. The room was small and clean except fir some stains on the sheets, and didn't live up to expectations of a Hilton. We had a noisy air con in our room that still made noises when turned off. The staff came and knocked our door 3 times despite a do not disturb sign outside to come and change towels and sheets. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city which was useful and had an array of restaurants to choose from nearby. Overall, would not recommend this or use Hilton again. This was the Fernando Torres of rooms. Expensive with a big reputation, but flopped.
