Thank you for all your kind words.
It is wonderful to read that you would think of visiting us again in the future. That is the best type of compliment for us.

There are a lots of reasons to visit our beautiful and historic town through out the year. Bath is currently hosting the delightful Jane Austen Festival. Coming up soon is the Mozart Festival followed by the very popular annual christmas market. We are a 3 minute walk from the Bath rugby grounds and the city attracts lots of guests for the games. The annual Bath Half Marathon that takes place in March, starts steps away from our front door. Bath also hosts a music and literature festival in May, a childrens literature festival and a comedy festival, to name a few other events.

What ever your interests maybe, you will find it in Bath. I hope we have convinced you to visit us again, soon.

Kind regards.

Arriving in Bath on foot, this hotel was right around the corner (about a half mile) from the city center. It was well appointed and although the sleeping rooms were a little hot, it was clean and made the most of the space. When I had to leave prior to breakfast time, the staff member fixed what breakfast she could and left it in my room, with fresh fruit and milk in the honor bar. She really went out of her way to make it work for me.

We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us, and found our location excellent. We are very well located, being on a quiet residential street, yet a very short walk to the Roman Baths, The Abbey, Pulteney Bridge, the Jane Austen Centre, plus many other attractions. we are also close to the the many varied restaurants we have in Bath.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review, it's very much appreciated.

Firstly the location is great, everything is about 5/10 minute walk away. Parking is brilliant as we though we would have trouble but actually couldn't have been easier and didn't have to pay extra. The room was clean and tidy with complementary shortbread and still and sparking water. As mini sewing kit and shoe mitt and alarm clock! The breakfast we had was amazing so much choice - fruit, toast with a huge verily of spreads, grapefruit, fruit salad, pastries, various select of teas/coffees, cooked breakfast, selection of juices cranberry, apple and orange together with the really polite and cheerful gentleman who was serving us breakfast (sorry couldn't remember his name). The receptionist was friendly, help, great advice she gave us with map and walking tour recommendation. Would stay again if coming to bath.

We stayed at The Kennard guest house for 3 nights We stayed in the triple room which was at the top, quite a long walk up for older people which had to stop and rest a minute before they did the rest of the stairs. We could not fault the place it was lovely and on a quiet street , but close to everything the anybody needed to do on there stay. The staff was very polite and helpful and breakfast was great choice of hot or cold and good choice of tea and coffee to suit everyone taste. Plenty of restaurants to choice from close by. We would stay again. Thanks for lovely stay.

The staff is wonderful. Special thanks to Marin, who is very courteous and helpful. Clean, comfortable and stylish room. Good location, a short walk to most Bath attractions. They served the best breakfast we had during our four-week trip in England.
