A fantastic museum full of treasures from around the world. Beautifully laid out and full of well-informed members of staff who were happy to talk about all aspects of the museum.

lovely gardens at the back....reaching over the railway and onto the canal path....great to cycle around too or just buy an ice cream at the kiosk and sit under a tree....

The cafe has a modern twist and serves up delicious, casual, deli style food. Great for a quiet rest away from the crowds.

First-rate small museum, with free sections every bit as enthralling as the chargeable exhibitions.
Interesting and enjoyable mix of centuries-old items from the original bequest, through to contemporary additions.
Adjoining gardens also delightful, although more paving and less seating than I would have chosen.
Mandatory visit ... and revisit

Thank emsta
