The Theatre Royal always delivers. The plays and cast adapt so well to the intimacy of this wonderful venue that you are never disappointed. Keep up the good work!
Beautiful, small theatre (900 seats) about four minutes walk from Bath Premier Inn. Seats in stalls are comfortable with adequate leg room.
Setting aside the play we went to see. This is a truly historic, atmospheric and comfortable place to be. Visited the theatre while on holiday and will.make every effort to return the next time we visit Bath. No parking though.
We saw the play about Galileo, having recently seen Kerry Ellis, and the venue was suitable for both. As a relatively small theatre it's really cosy and friendly, though some of the seats genuinely have restricted views.
