“Beautiful park, nice for a picnic on a dry day”
Reviewed September 14, 2013

Beautiful and peaceful

This beautiful park is close to the main attractions so if you are looking for a beautiful bench in a peaceful corner and rest your tired feet. There is no entry fee and a few toilets dotted around. You could pack a picnic or just pop into any supermarket, a big sainsbury is quite close.
Tip: There is a farmer market in Green park on every Sat morning, there are a few nice bakers, food and drink stalls. Get something to eat or drink and take the shortcut to the park which just takes 3mins. IF you don't have a GPS or smart phone, get a good map or just head to the pedestrian exit at far end of parking, go up the street, take the left to the main road, get the first right which leads to the park.

“nice for a walk”

Activities such as putting here, but very pleasant just for a stroll and you can park here to visit the city centre.

“great for everyone”

Good place to hang around, a nice playground for the kids and places for picnics. The park is very busy on sunny weekends.

“Lovely- as always”
Reviewed September 9, 2013

Free attraction in the centre of bath. Lots of open space to walk around, picnic in, play in or get lost in! The botanical gardens are worth a visit- as is a visit to see the ducks! I used to come to this park as a child and can thourghly recommend the children's play area- it seems as popular as ever with many many different apparatus for children to play on. Parking here is atrocious so would recommend using the park and ride- or come on a Sunday when I'm pretty sure there's free parking on street in bath IF you can find a space (though check the signs) before leaving your car.

“Such a beautiful place”
Reviewed September 7, 2013

I love all the parks in bath, but this must rank as the best. Parking isn't easy if you arrive late in the morning but notwithstanding it worth a walk fro the city car parks to here. Close to the Crescent, it is lavish with beautiful botanical gardens.
