Victoria Park is a wide open public park where locals enjoy sunbathing, picnic, sport and social activities. It's adjacent to the private green area belongs to the residents of Royal Crescent with a line of wrought iron fence clearly mark the property access. Located in the northwest of city center on the high ground with trails and gardens, it's a great place for the independent travelers to enjoy and relax after the tour of city's main attractions.

Lovely gardens - fun play area for kids. There was a little squirrel who followed us, posed for photos and I regret I had nothing for all its efforts.

Lovely well kept gardens. Manicured lawns & plenty of seats. Had a lovely afternoon there with views over the river Avon

We go to Royal Victoria Park quite often and we are never disappointed. At weekends it tends to be very busy all year round. The Botanic gardens are lovely, we often see wedding receptions being held there. There are lots of tame squirrels hoping to be fed by the many picnickers. In summer we often take a picnic at teatime and we sit and watch the air balloons taking off. There is a small pond with many ducks hoping to be fed. If we take our grandchildren we go into the play area which is large and well-equipped. The kids love it there.

We strolled there after dinner, and had the park to ourselves. Lots of lovely walks, well kept garden and views of the valley below.
