Located only a block from our B&B we visited on our arrival night in Bath. Excellent pub food and surroundings. We will be back!

Good food, quick and friendly service and a very relaxed atmosphere.
I wouldn't walk out of town to come here, but maybe that is the point, this is a very chilled out local/family place and that is exactly its strength.

We went here based on the reviews we'd seen. The Sunday carvery was really very good - it was hot, obviously home-cooked and was delicious. We both really enjoyed it and it was great value.

The staff were very friendly but we did find it a little odd that we had to sit and wait for around 20 minutes until we were 'invited' to go up to the carvery.

The Weston is a pub in the true sense of the word - it's not a 'gastro pub' or trendy, shabby-chic pub - it really is what it is. Don't get me wrong - this is absolutely fine but on this particular occasion (a weekend in Bath) it wasn't what we were expecting so it was quite a surprise and perhaps a tiny bit of a disappointment.

To summarise - the Sunday lunch is every bit as good as the many wonderful reviews say it is. But if you're visiting Bath and are unfamiliar with it, don't expect the setting to be anything more than a pub, albeit a very large, light and spacious one.

We popped in for a Sunday lunch to find such a warm and friendly atmosphere. The Sunday carvery was delishious and hot with a lovely variety of fresh vegetables including cauliflower cheese and red cabbage!! A brilliant find, give it a try!!!

Elvis impersonator on a Friday night. The place was full with a great R&R atmosphere.
Saturday night was a lot quieter but still nice.
