“Supper at Highgrove was excellent service and customer care”

The Highgrove Restaurant
Ranked #327 of 567 Restaurants in Bath
Cuisines: European
Description: When you're weary of the rat race and yearn for quiet, beauty, and a great meal, then The Highgrove Restaurant, formerly the Homewood Park Restaurant, is the place for you. Just outside of Bath, overlooking ten acres of idyllic gardens, The Highgrove’s recent refurb combines classic surroundings with modern design. Original features dominate but the twee country manor look is out in favour of clean, cool lines. Head Chef Daniel Moon creates with flair and creativity, offering a range of menus from the light and healthy to the utterly indulgent, each matched with a carefully selected wine. It really is no wonder that this little piece of country heaven has been picking up awards from all corners.

“Supper at Highgrove was excellent service and customer care”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 30, 2013

Although cooked to perfection the food was just a standard meal.
There was an ambience of walking into Highgrove and looking at all of Prince Charles paintings covering a large area of the walls in the reception area.
We were checked in and our coats taken before being shown to our table.
Of course there was the shop where we could purchase goods for sale although a bit pricey, it was all profits to the Prince's charity.
Well worth a visit but unfortunately we cannot take photo's to remember the occasion.
Perhaps thats another fund builder for the charity, to take photo's and sell them to the diners !
