My husband came here yesterday as we were in Bath and La Tasca have shut their branches in Bristol and we do love the food here. As ever the Tapas was great, well cooked and very tasty. The disabled access is fine (an entrance to the side of the restaurant up a quite steep slope) and there is plenty of room at the tables to accommodate a wheelchair. The staff were very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The problem came when after the meal I wished to use the disabled loo. The doors in the loo are at such an angle that it was impossible to negotiate them into the actual toilet. So very disappointing, so much so that we'll have to seriously consider whether we can visit again which due to the afore mentioned closures is most annoying. It seems La Tasca Bath are yet another example of a disabled toilet being signed off by the man at the council without anyone actually trying to access the facilities in a wheelchair. So sad & so disappointing. :-(
