We stayed for a week at this cottage in March 2012 and loved every minute. It is really homely, warm and comfortable. The king sized bed is so comfortable. The cottage has everything you need.
The location is great, with a short walk up the lane into Ludlow town centre or down the lane towards the river. Ludlow Castle is well worth a visit. Parking is not available outside the cottage but is pay and display a short way down the road.
Ludlow is a fantastic place for foodies with lots of local produce, local traders, traditional shops and several market days.
Rosemary was extremely helpful and a pleasure to meet and this is definitely on our to do again sometime list.
We rented this cottage for a week in March and cannot fault it. Upon arrival Rosemary's welcome basket was filled with wonderful goodies.
The courtyard garden was perfect - the weather was so nice Rosemary even thought about us and brought some garden furniture around for us.
The bed is so comfortable.
THe location is perfect as the back of the garden is the Castle walls, and a 2 minute walk brings you to the centre of ludlow.
Recommend Le Becasse for a treat, a look at Ludlow Brewery and a stop off at the Food Centre

A wonderful cottage very comfortable, spotlessly clean with everything provided for a self catering holiday. We stayed for 4 days last May and had a wonderful holiday exploring Ludlow. The cottage is only a couple of minutes from the square and is well presented warm and welcoming. Rosemary provided a starter basket of goodies and the kitchen cupboards provided all the basics for day to day self catering. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom and the big king size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. We have been to a lot of self catering cottages over the years and this was one of the most comfortable and well equipped to date.

We have stayed at 19 Upper Linney several times and in our opinion if you want a relaxing break this is the place to stay. It is in an ideal location down a quiet lane but within easy walking distance of Ludlow's town centre and Market square. The cottage is comfortable, well equipped, warm and cosy with everything you need for a perfect stay including a really comfy king size bed. The free wifi is also a real plus. Rosemary's (the owner) welcome pack of goodies includes homemade items like cake and jam which are always appreciated. We hope to return soon.

Stayed at 19 Upper Linney for a week in December, we have already booked to return later this year. The cottage is very well placed for all Ludlow has to offer just a couple of minutes walk to Buttercross which is central to all of Ludlow. The cottage is very well laid out with with cosy lounge, fully equiped kitchen, well placed bathroom and fab bedroom with a superkingsize bed and lovely views of the coutryside. The cottage was very warm and welcoming. The owner made us feel very much at home by leaving us a welcome package included lovely home made chocolate cookies. Look forward to our return

The attention to detail in this house made it very special. A lovely welcome basket, lovely christmas decs! and spotlessly clean. Very centrally located, did not use the car for the 3 days we were there over New Year. We will visit again because there are so many lovely walks near by. Felt like a home from home, warm cosy and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

I spent a wonderful week here about 4 years ago. The house is well equiped, spacious, with a lovely patio backing on to the old town wall. The street is quiet despite being very close to the center of twon. Ludlow was a perfect base for me to explore the area. A grocery store is within walking distance. The lovely church around the corner has beautiful bells
