“oh, still very good”
Reviewed October 24, 2013

You'd think the Ludlow Brewery had been there for years, but it's only quite recently that they've moved just round the corner into the old goods shed. But good heavens they are so good; friendly without being intrusive, very knowledgable and enthusiastic about beer, and prices that make some other Ludlow pubs seem as if they are in London. If all the pubs in Ludlow except the Church and the Brewery shut down, the only problem would be the crowding, ceratinly not the quality of beer!.

“Scotch egg and beers to die for!”
Reviewed October 8, 2013

A wonderful aroma greets you as you enter the premises and they do guided tours most days at 3pm (£ 6 including 3 thirds of a pint). The brewery tap is open to day time visitors throughout the week with comfortable seating, 5 draught & 4 bottled ales, One of their best offers is a huge, locally produced Scotch egg plus 3 thirds of a pint for just £3.75 – you get to chose which of their 5 staple brews you want to taste.
We used it as a lovely lunchtime stop off

“Tap on the head for the Taphouse”
Reviewed August 31, 2013 via mobile

We liked their beer so went to find the Taphouse for a drink, in the Aldi car park. However it was shut to the public due to a private doo, it also looked too modern for a tradional brewery Taphouse and the staff couldn't care, they could have let us have a drink and explain when we had to leave but no, apathy had set in. Also do one small brewery tour and you've done the lot.

“Great small brewery to tour, with fantastic beers”
Reviewed August 27, 2013

Spent a lovely 1.5 hours on a tour of this small brewery. The tour was informative, informal and up close, and the brewery is set in a great old railway building. The beer is exceptional, having tasted it in some pubs in Ludlow I just had to see the brewery. Particularly recommend Stairway if you like golden beers - but they are all very good.

“Fantastic tour”
Reviewed August 17, 2013

We took a tour around this brewery on a recent trip to Ludlow. The guy who showed us around( sorry cant remember your name) was very knowledgeable and interesting. The tour lasted about an hour and cost £6 each, good value as we got to try small samples of all the beers and to have a full pint included in the price. The brewery has good comfortable seating areas and does food although we didn't try it. If you are interested in good beer try this place you won't be disappointed.
