“Wonderful Olde World Charm”
Reviewed October 21, 2017 for a stay in October 2017

This little gem of a cottage is ideally situated just a few minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful medieval town of Ludlow. The cottage is absolutely charming, comfortable and very well equipped - I can't think of a single thing that you'd want for really. Being so old, the cottage doorways and staircase are lower than some people might be used to, so watch your head if you're tall like me!

The owners are lovely people and very helpful. They were there to meet us when we arrived to welcome and show us around the property, which was a really nice touch. They had also left us some basic grocery essentials (milk, juice etc.) in the fridge and other items, which was so very generous of them and really appreciated after our long drive from the south coast!

“Great Location, Lovely Cottage”
Reviewed August 30, 2017 for a stay in June 2017

Two of us stayed for three days in June. This is a lovely cottage in a great location in Ludlow, it's just a few minutes from the market, the castle and all the shops and restaurants. The cottage has lots of character and is very comfortably furnished, I slept very well! The kitchen is very well equipped, everything we wanted was there. There is even a lovely little courtyard where you can sit. Although it's very central we weren't bothered by any noise. However, you are likely to bang your head on a low beam and the stairs are rather narrow, but that's what you get with a house this old, isn't it?

“Lovely traditional cottage with lots of character!”
Reviewed August 12, 2017 for a stay in July 2017

A lovely homely cottage with lots of character features and a traditional, family feel. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Ludlow and easy access to some picturesque country walks. I visited for a girls weekend with some old friends and we had a fantastic time exploring! The only (very minor) downside were the low doorways, but in a property like this low ceilings are to be expected - just remember to duck!

“Fantastic stay in the perfect location”
Reviewed August 10, 2017 for a stay in July 2017

I went for a long weekend to stay in Ludlow with a few girl friends in this lovely lovely house. I have to say the beautiful courtyard and markets in the town made the trip for me. The house was perfect with a cosy lounge just watch out for the lower ceilings of your tall! Would highly recommend!

Stayed here for a relaxed weekend away with friends. The house is clean and cosy with a gorgeous little courtyard. It's location is perfect as it is only a minutes walk from the Ludlow market and only a short walk away from local convenience stores. We had a delightful weekend away. Would recommend!

“Lovely cottage in the centre of Ludlow”
Reviewed June 9, 2017 for a stay in March 2017

The cottage is perfectly located in the centre of Ludlow a few minutes walk from the the market and all the pubs and restaurants, but also only a few minutes walk from some woodland, the river and the castle.

The cottage is very cute with a lovely big fire, sloped floors and low doorways (we survived even though a very tall family!), spacious rooms and a good sized, functional kitchen. There are two large living areas which mean you can spread out in the evenings and do separate things (parents stayed downstairs while kids watched tv upstairs).

Overall it was a really nice place to get away and have a lovely relaxing weekend and to explore Ludlow and the surrounding area!
