“An important point to visit first in Ironbridge”
Reviewed March 12, 2013

This is a very good point to visit first as it graphically identifies the significance of Ironbidge and the surrounding locality from a historical perspective. With this information, all the other attractions become more meaningful and almost form a jigsaw puzzle.

“Fantastic model”
Reviewed March 2, 2013

An amazing model of the Gorge was very impressive with minute details of the area. A fascinating film of the area is on a loop. Quite cold in the museum. Major flood levels are recorded on a wall, proving that flooding is not a recent thing.

“An interesting, although brief, historical experience”
Reviewed February 11, 2013

If you are at all interested in the history of the Ironbridge area then this museum is a must. You can easily do the whole thing in an hour so there is not a massive amount to see but what there is is worth seeing. It is not an interactive museum so it probably will not hold small children's attention but for the adults amongst us it's a lovely way to cap off visiting the bridge.
