We had a lovely 1 night stay at the Meadow Inn Steak House. Best B&B I've stayed in. The staff were lovely, breakfast superb and rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. No complaints what so ever. We only stayed the one night whilst at V Festival. A tip is to book a taxi with central cars and its only £20. Return journey book early evening and just head to where taxi's wait and grab the 1st central taxi. Do it before 12 and 20quid going back too! We would have stayed on in Iron bridge as it seemed a lovely place with lots to do but had to get back home!

Really good standard of accommodation without paying the inflated prices of local Ironbridge. Rooms were neat and tidy maybe with just a bit of attention required to bring them 100% up to spec. The food served at the adjoining steakhouse was amazing and good value for quality meat. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly and willing to provide you with good service. The breakfast was amazing and great selection of alternatives with it. A little noisy with outside traffic from the road but we slept very well so no complaints. Overall it is an excellent priced facility and we would go back without any doubt.

Stayed for two nights with friends.
Welcoming staff who were very friendly.
Rooms are in a separate building next door to the pub. They are a little shabby at the edges, but nothing to over concern. Floorboards creaked a lot (apologies to those below!) as is normal in old buildings. Still represented good value for money.
Had a few real ales on (a must!). Restaurant specialises in steaks (but does cater for other stuff) which were excellent quality and value.
Service was good in the restaurant and not made to feel rushed, as is our preference.
Lots of choices at breakfast and plenty of it.
Would stay again if in the area.

On arrival we were taken to a room 4, (a large room with a king sized bed and large en-suite with bath and shower) to find that staff had covered the bed with red rose petals, (some placed in a heart shape) after them finding out before our arrival that we had just married. The room was spotlessly clean with crisp white sheets and décor was best described as shabby chic. It had all the nice touched that made it feel homely and relaxing like complementary toiletries, bath robes, hot drink faculties such as tea, coffee, hot chocolate and fruity tea.

At breakfast time staff could not do enough for you and were happy to supply you with a breakfast of your choice, As well as a traditional breakfast, there was also a choice of cereals, fresh fruit, nuts, yoghurts and preserves with a choice of drinks including freshly ground coffee.
We had an evening meal each night of our stay which were flawless and cooked to perfection.

The pub gardens led onto the River Severn and have a back drop of grade 2 listed cooling towers and an iron bridge, which added to the beauty of this historical and industrial location (if you don't want to see signs of industry don't go to a place made famous for it) . Within a minutes walk you come across a boating club and a beautiful park which leads to an Arts and Antiques gallery and the tiny Ironbridge Brewery where you can sit by the river, have a drink and relax. Not far from there is a small bus station and car park where you can catch a bus which circles all of the 10 local museums or you can continue walking into the town see the famous Ironbridge and its quaint streets, shops and pubs.

On the whole, we had a fantastic time. The Inn's location was fantastic, food spot on, great night sleep and most of all the staff could not do enough for you.

Visit and find out for yourself, too many positives to write about this amazing place.

Room Tip: If you want an evening meal, book a table to void disappointment as it is a very popular place to eat.
