Room Tip: All the rooms seem very nice room number 6 was quite spacious. We stayed in room 8 which had excelle...

Stayed here for a wedding in December the grounds are beautiful and the hotel and rooms are gorgeous. Rooms where tastefully decorated and had great bathroom facilities. Breakfast was great too. Would definatley go back should i visit the area again.

The only negative is the drinks are quite expensive but i guess most hotels are.

We stayed here January this year for a wedding anniversary & enjoyed it so much we revisited for 2 days pre-Christmas break. This time we had a bedroom in the old part of the buidling & it was gorgeous.Comfy bed, decent shower, pink bubbly & port in the room.

Food amazingly presented & friendly but efficient service. Delightfully decorated + Christmas lights etc. We intend to be back-maybe even in January next.

Room Tip: Bedrooms in both the old part & new part are lovely in different ways-either french doors overlo...

Taking advantage of the romantic deal, I must say this is a pro active venue totally in tune with today's cash conscious traveller.
Excellent hotel full of old world charm with service to match.
£300 wouldn't be out of place in London.
A real hidden jewel just off the M1.
