Went to El Paso with my Wife & Daughter on 24th December. We had booked a table the night before. The restaurant was busy as you would expect on Christmas Eve & the Waiter appologised for any possible delays. We were given a complimentary plate of Nachos with cheese & Jalapenos which were delicious. We all had Enchilladas served with rice, which were freshly prepared & mouth watering. The service we received was excellent.

I have passed this restaurant countless times before & often said I would give it a try as a change from our usual Chinese restaurant. I wasn't dissapointed. We were informed the Restaurant is due to move to the old 'Moorfoot Tavern' in January 2014, with plans to have live music & a small dance floor. It sounds good & I'm looking forward to re-visiting in the very near future.

We went as a couple on Saturday was busy with parties but we got our table straight away. The meal was excellent had nachos an garlic bread to start both to the usual El Paso standard. Then the fajitas and chilli for main were great. Can't wait for our next visit and looking forward to visiting I the new building.

My husband and I travelled up to Sheffield for a gig and decided to have dinner at El Paso beforehand.

We were warmly welcomed and decided to order the Crespelles as nether of us had tried them before. Absolutely delicious! We also shared a pitcher of margarita, which was very refreshing and beautifully served in salt-frosted margarita glasses (the proper way! :)).

The service was friendly, prompt and the whole restaurant had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely come again next time we are in Sheffield :)

If we hadn't read the reviews on Tripadvisor we would have never eaten here. You don't really notice the restaurant and it looks nothing from the outside. However we walked in on a Saturday night in December and they still managed to seat us without a reservation. We thought we would have to wait ages for food since it was so busy but we didn't at all. We had chilli hotshots and dough bread for starters and enchiladas for mains. Both courses were delicious. If you like posh restaurants then this isn't the place for you but if you like great food with a lively atmosphere and lovely welcoming staff then this place is perfect. We'll be back.
