I stayed at this hotel last night as I attended an event nearby with my boyfriend. When we arrived at the hotel they let us check in an hour earlier than they told us which was great. Hotel staff were all lovely and when I stayed there for NYE I remembered the same staff. Room was clean and came with a hairdryer, beds were super comfy!!! Breakfast was included and was very tasty and was on till 11am which is always great. The curtains are complete blackout allowing us to have a lie in.

I had an engagement in Sheffield and I had time to book ahead. I like Holiday Inn Express and I am a member of its Reward programme, which is very good. Members always receive the best available rate and I was in luck as I booked during a 'sale'. The rate was very good. Holiday Inn Expresses are usually centrally located and this was no exception. Although I did not need it, having arrived by train, this hotel had good nearby parking at £6 a day. It was a very comfortable establishment and in addition to breakfast being supplied, it hada restaurant. I found this quite adequate for one night, but would have found it limiting for longer. Howevefr, there was a Crowne Plaze in the same Group nearby with a more adventourous restauarant which you could use and charge your room. I will return.

First stay at this hotel and next time we’re in Sheffield we’ll be back. Good location and the room was very clean with a really comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Staff were brilliant from the moment we walked in till the moment we left. Special thanks goes to James for his excellent customer service on our return from the gig. Unexpected rain meant we were a bit wet but the hot chocolate he provided was greatly appreciated. Cheers.
