“great family day out”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 18, 2012

I have been here a few times and I would still go back again, any one who loves animals or have children who love animals should stop by!

In summer they have bird displays and talks about other animals. There is a cafe that sells hot and cold food and there is a park for the children.

Lots to see and do and recommended :-)

“Great day out”

Little ones love this place. It can be a bit pricey so if you live nearby its worth buying annual pass.

“worth visiting of you're local. Not worth a long journey”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 15, 2012

We visited in December, so it was quite cold. The birds of prey and parrots were great, as was santa, but the butterflies were the one thing the little ones were looking forward to, but there didn't seem to be any about. (we only saw 3 butterflies all day, and one looked like it was on deaths door) I can only assume it must have been due to the cold weather, as my mum's been before and loved it.
Worth a trip if you're local, but I wouldn't travel far to go there.

“A Little Gem”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 6, 2012

I took my two 2 year old grand daughters here not really knowing what to expect. I was very impressed it is well kept and clean. It was a lovely sunny day and they loved playing in the large sand pit. I will most certainly be going back a good day out and money well spent.
