A riot of colour in the flowerbeds and a good plce to get ideas for your garden as some plants have names on so you can identify them . The recently restored glass houses reflect the Victorian grandure of the gardens . Take nuts and feed the squirrels who are very cheeky .

a little oasis in the city to stop and have a picnic, laze about, read etc. On the bus routes, so lack of local parking is not too much of an issue

Wondering around the grounds is relaxing and interesting whatever the weather. Lots of interesting facts to find out and plants to enjoy.

A nice spot for a sunday afternoon walk. Plenty of squirrels for entertainment as well as some interesting plant life to look at in the greenhouses. I'm sure it would look great in springtime or summer but autumn was nice to see.
