After going through the usual automated phone options malarkey someone finally (after waiting 25 minutes) answered my call, but then instantly hung up on me before I could say a word!
I immediately called back and here I am a FURTHER 25 minutes later still waiting for someone to take my call to book a badminton court. The phone rings but no one picks up.
Unbelievably poor service. I've visted Ponds Forge a number of times over the years and though the customer service has never been great, today it hit an all time low
