Like many people we chose Bella Italia before going to to the Motorpoint Arena and arrived in plenty of time. We were shown to our table right next to the waitresses station with computer and cutlery etc. so there was constant traffic and yakking. The tables around us were very close, so no chance of a private chat. We were rushed and to cap it all the fire alarm went off and the waitress just shrugged her shoulders and said its ok! The alarm sounded for 15 minutes and then kept re-alarming. We were rushed and deafened so missed out on dessert and coffee so our meal was ruined. When we paid, there was no apology or discount offered, they just wanted the table for the next customer.
Having thought about this, the experience was more like McDonalds than a real restaurant and for the price, that is unacceptable
