Large portions and friendly service, but its just not very good fish and chips.
Fish takes quite a while to cook (Im happy for fish to be cooked to order) compared to many other places indicating the oil isnt as hot as it could be. When food is recieved the fish tastes a bit foisty and has a slightly nushy texture.
Certainly not firm white flakes that you get in other establishments (unfortunately outside Sheffield).
I'll eat there, but only for convenience sake, rather than the quality of the food drawing me in.
