“Consistent - Great Business Stay”
Reviewed May 22, 2013

I stay at premier Inn's for business purposes regularly. As a female travelling alone, I always feel safe. This hotel inparticular has card swipe entry on most doors so is very safe. Rooms are clean (but have only a shower). The restaurant and bar offer great deals and good food. The waiting staff are very friendly and go the extra mile. At breakfast, a waiter comes over and offers you a free newspaper if you're on your own - a nice touch! The rooms are clean. I will stay again for business and would also stay of a weekend if I had a function in Sheffield.

Our first tripTo this Premier Inn , on site parking limited but we managed a space on a Friday evening, very welcoming staff in all areas. The room was slightly smaller than the one in Manchester and so was the bed but still adequate and clean. the breakfast was the usual good quality and plentiful.we were visiting our Son at Uni and they were very obliging letting him also park his car in the car park whilst we had breakfast together - THANKYOU

Cannot really fault this Premier Inn.
Very good value for money for the Room (2 night, 2 adults 1 child. Total £87).
Rooms are decent size, clean & well equiped. The Bar/Restaurant area & reception area are also very pleasant.
Good value, decent breakfast options for all tastes (children eat free with adult).
Good location for access to City Center and Ecclesall road areas. Hotel building/area itself is nothing special, but only 5-10 mins, very easy walk to city center (Peace Gardens & Winter Gardens are very pleasant spaces to spend a little time)
Excellent staff, all seem to be very friendly and extremely helpful.
We would definitely stay here again and found the experience superior to what we have had in many hotels that are more expensive/upmarket.

We stay at the Premier Inn every couple of months when visiting a daughter at Sheffield Uni. The hotel has good secure parking. The rooms are clean modern and quiet. There are about 13 floors with some good views and very low external noise but the two lifts are a little slow..the food here is excellent well worth getting the dinner and breakfast option..the staff are excellent.

Can't fault this hotel for value for money! Good location, free parking and my favourite wine in the hotel bar! What more can you ask for! Have stayed here a couple of times now! Staff always helpful and happy! Would recommend and will definitely be back on my next family visit!

Stayed here for two nights on a city break to attend theatre. Having stayed in Sheffield numerous times I thought I'd try somewhere different. Hotel was clean & staff very friendly. It does seem a little tired (although having just stayed at a brand new premier inn in liverpool it was a tough comparison). The bed wasn't the comfiest, & all the carpets just need replacing. I think the angel street is a better location. I got lost trying to find hotel & soaked on the 15min walk back to train station. Not such a bargain if you have to get taxi's each way. It depends what you're in town for, if you spend most time in city centre I'd probably opt for angel street & if you're going to meadowhall I'd stay at the meadowhall Travelodge. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great here.
