We took our kids there years ago and now our Grandchildren!
It still has many different animals to see but now a fantastic play area for children including a paddling pool. The little tikes village was a great hit with the Grandchildren as was the railway.
A good day out we went twice within a few weeks as we had such a good time.

“Nice when the sun shines”

Nice park, good play areas for the children and like the paddling pools very much.
Sometimes the park looks a bit tired.
Good day out though.

“Always worth a visit”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

There's so much to see, and it changes every year. All sorts of animals, beautiful surroundings, new sculptures this year and plenty of play areas for small children. It's a great place to visit.

“Great day out”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

Took my two little ones here in October and had a lovely, if not a little chilly, day out. There is a good selection of animals and birds to amuse the children and plenty of playground activities for when they are bored of the animals and need to let off some steam. My 3 year old loved the little tikes play area, and the train ride was a big hit too. Also plenty of space for either eating in the restaurant or to sit and have your own picnic. The Only down side is that the toilet facilities are a little poor, especially considering the number of small children who visit. They are difficult to navigate with a baby in a pushchair and a toddler. Otherwise a fab day out with plenty to do.
