Went to Brasserie Blanc on a Thursday night with colleagues for a celebration.
We had a 'private room' (still part of the extremely loud restaurant), and were required to order our food a week in advance.
For a restaurant to justify the price, we were really expecting better standards - a normal baguette, olives etc was fairly dated. Paying £50 for a meal I didn't expect it would be £1.50 extra to have sauce with my steak. Essentially food well cooked but extremely unexciting.
I feel a lot more thought could go into the food, I would guess Raymond would not be particularly proud.
Service was polite but slow, as well as rather ignoring our end of the room.
