The lunch menu is very reasonable and for under £12 a head you get 2 courses a la Raymond Blanc. The service gets the balance right between efficiency and friendliness. The gonococci was terrific and tasty and the haddock main had great flavour - and a properly poached egg - Feathered Nest take note. Deserts a good take on old favourites - baked apple and bread and butter pudding. Soche a lovely atmosphere for a Sunday lunch in particular.
They also did our son's wedding for 100 on a Saturday afternoon a few weeks ago which was stunning and phenomenal value.
