There is a wide choice including good vegetarian dishes. Prices are reasonable so it is easy to eat a decent meal for under £10. The lunch/early evening two course meal for under £10 is very good value. There is always complimentary cold filtered water in Cote restaurants. Service was very attentive and friendly without being intrusive.

This was a pre-theatre dinner and fully lived up to expectations. From the olives and bread appetiser to Charcuterie platter and sublime fish pie - a wonderfully delicious experience. Delightful non-fussy staff and a very reasonable bill. Will most certainly be back!

We hadn't booked and it was a Friday night and the restaurant was very busy always a good sign. We had a little wait for a table, but we really were seated in no time at all. I had the steak frites and fries which was cooked very well pink on the inside how I like it, however the meat at points was slightly chewy. My friend had the duck and was more than satisfied with what she received, to the point where if I go back again I'll probably get the duck. The service was very good and all staff were very attentive and friendly creating a welcoming atmosphere. Very much feel I will be going back here again.

When you enter Cote Brasserie you have an immediate feeling of being in a Parisian brasserie (and I am from Paris!), the deco, the food, the waiters outfit, but luckily without the stroppiness of the waiters! :)
The dishes were genuily French and tasted very good, the muscles and steak tartares were both very tasty adn the service pretty good! Then the cherry on the cake, a very reasonable bill after all this!! I will definitely go back and recommend it to my friends!

Spur of the moment thing (always good) took us into Oxford. Dropped in here as we had a good experience with Cote Brasserie in London.

The staff were friendly and polite. We had our 1year old son with us in a buggy and they really helpfully they moved things around and provided a high chair. Then he was thoroughly spoilt with a croissant and babychino 'on the house'. I think he had some admirers!

Delicate crisp Rose with a set meal of steak frites and classic creme caramel. Ambience was such we could have stayed all afternoon - if only we had an area to decamp to in the sunshine...

Memories of mellow days in France! Will go again...
