Once again premier inn did not fail to deliver on the "knowing what you are going to get" front. Got a good price online. The reception staff were polite and welcoming. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and very good television. Beefeater pub next door. Good value for money and perfect if you just need somewhere to stay overnight.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review.

It is good to hear that you found our rooms very clean and comfortable, and enjoyed the flat screen television.

The best prices for our rooms are available on our website. If you are able to book early you may well be able to book one of our many 'Saver' rooms.

We look forward to you both returning in the future.

We often choose Premier Inn for family nights away. With 2 young children the rooms are always just what we expect of a Premier Inn. The formula is executed well between hotels and Oxford is no exception. Every member of staff we encountered, from reception, breakfast and housekeeping, was polite and courteous and seemed to genuinely want to please. We always consider the stay great value for money because the rooms are just what you need and the food great for families. 3 miles from the Oxford centre is not issue as the hotel have a deal set up with a local cab firm of a fixed £8.50 to the centre. We called them for the return visit and they were fast collecting us. Top value for a family stay.

Room Tip: The hotel is spread out either side of reception so check where your room is before parking your car. Family rooms are usually either a double and 2 singles or a double, single and a good quality mattress on the floor. Never had a reason to complain about a family room.

Good morning, and thank you for taking the time to review your stay.

We are extremely pleased to hear that you and your family had an enjoyable stay and found all our staff friendly and welcoming. We do have lots of offers on our website which are available throughout the summer holidays, so it is always worth checking if you are able to organize your breaks in advance.

Thank you once again, and look forward to welcoming you back.

If you need a nights sleep away from home, these places are very good value. Just keep your window closed if you want a lie in. Quite a lot of traffic noise first thing. Standard room has a comfortable bed. There is also plenty of parking. It is on a business park so dont expect to have views of Old Oxford. If you are driving do check your route as the traffic on Friday afternoons is horrible if you want to get on to the M40.

Good morning, and thank you for your feedback.

It is great to hear that you stay with us when away from home on business, and you found our rooms comfortable.

We are in an ideal location off the Ring Road and a short distance away from the A34 and M40, depending on rush hour traffic.

We look forward to you returning soon.

Location is an overused word in the travel industry, but if you are on a short holiday, dont use the car in Oxford, go to the nearest bus stop which is 10 minutes or so away. This will take you to the train station where the open topped bus starts from. If a business traveler, you have the Oxford Business Park next door and the Mini car factory 2 minutes away. an ideal spot to stay.
I mention all this before I comment on the Hotel, as with all Premier Inns, they are to a standard and the traveler knows what to expect. This is no exception, the rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff very informative and pleasant. Next door is a Beefeater, which is adequate, with a menu to satisfy most tastes, and is very popular with the locals, so book a table. All in all, good value.

Room Tip: We had a ground floor room, but there is a lift, so not a problem on the top floor.

Thank you for your review following your recent stay at Oxford Premier Inn.

We are extremely pleased that you found our rooms clean and comfortable, and to the usual standard expected, Our staff strive on delivering great customer service, so it is always great to receive feedback such as yours.

There is a bus stop across the road from the hotel that runs to the City centre, they do go hourly, and the timetables can be collected from reception. Alternatively the bus stop which is 10 minutes walk have a number of different buses going to town, and therefore available every 5-10 minutes.

We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Premier inn won't surprise and rarely disappoints, they have everything you need in particular car parking and if they lack a little character that isn't really a problem. Bathroom is always clean, beds are comfortable and although breakfast is usually extra, they provide tea and coffee. Great for a short stay in Oxford.
