Three night stay for a family wedding in Oxford. Friendly welcoming check in, apart from wanting to charge £16 a day for Internet after some debate this was given free, thank you. Room comfortable although bed not the greatest bit hard. Dined there two nights fairly standard selection and by enlarge reasonable value, couple of issues sorted by team. Breakfast was buffet style but good selection and regularly topped up so hot and fresh. Leisure club great just wish they would supervise to stop rowdy children messing around as parents don't seem to. Saturday night lot of noise from rooms next door and above, mentioned to staff on checkout took £50 of the bill all very professional, would be happy to return there.

I stayed here 5 nights, during a university conference downtown. The 'Park and Ride' bus is 5 minutes walk away, and taxis in Oxford have a fixed 10pds rate. Both of these reduce the hassle of staying on the edge of town in this clean, modern, no hassle, service oriented, hotel. My colleagues chose downtown hotels, and some even University colleges (during Spring Break), and their horror stories were legion... This property is well managed. Staff are helpful and cheerful, Air Conditioning is under guest control, window opens a little to let in fresh air, and of course all the standard Holiday Inn services are present. Sound proofing is excellent. No noise issues from neighbors or highway. Plenty of power points for the computer and chargers...

We stayed at this hotel recently as a family of four with two teenage children. Myself and my husband have stayed here several times in the last few years.

It is in an ideal location for exploring the local area. We visited Bicester Shopping Village, Stopover Country Park and the Cotswold Wildlife Park. It is also good for travelling into Oxford centre as the park and ride is right next door and buses run quite frequently until 11.30 pm.

The rooms are adequate and clean. We always enjoy using the pool and spa at this hotel as it is a good size and well-maintained.

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a short break.

I stayed one night. First thing is the hotel is located in a service station area and not signposted. It would be helpful to include this in the hotel address as I drove right past. It is around 5 mins walk to a park and ride and this is a good way of getting in and out of Oxford.

Check in was efficient. Rooms are decent size, typical holiday inn standard and clean. Breakfast is good. There is a health club on site which I did not try. Parking is free and ample.

My issue was the bar area. There was a group drinking in their work overalls, paint splatters and all. This is just a 3* hotel but I there should be some limits.

Dear Guest
Thank you for choosing to stay at the Holiday Inn Oxford. Whilst located at a major junction off the A34 the Hotel is signposted when coming off the dual carriage way and I am sorry you overlooked the signage. I am sorry you took offence against a group of other guests in the bar however I like to assure you your feedback has been noted and shared with my Team. Thank you again for sharing your feedback with us.
Kind regards

Wasn't too sure when booking this hotel for 2 nights to visit Oxford, but it had all we needed. All the staff were very friendly and the room was clean and nicely presented. We had breakfast included, which was very good and we eat in the restaurant one night and had a very good meal that was reasonably priced.
One of the best things was we were a 2 minute walk to the park and ride.
