Nando's is one of those restaurants where you order at the counter, and then they bring you your food. You help yourself to cutlery, drinks, and sauces.
Nando's thing is chicken, which they serve either in sandwiches or as meal packs (sort of like KFC) where you can choose how much chicken you want and what side dishes you want. The chicken is grilled (not fried) and is moist and delicious. The side dishes (we had salad, garlic bread, mashed peas) were OK.
The value of your meal here is not great. A whole chicken with 4 small side dishes came to the equivalent of $30.
