The living room is great for a drink at the bar. This can be pricey, but the food is even more so. The service is okay, but we had an issue with one of the meals, and the staff were helpful but it seems the kitchen were not. The Mac and Cheese looked like it was made in a scholl cafeteria.

This is one of our regular haunts when shopping in Oxford but normally only for a drink. We have eaten here and it is very tasty. Service good. Staff friendly. Nice veggi food. And sometimes the piano player in and that makes it just that bit special.

We booked a table here for lunch one friday afternoon, it wasn't overly busy and were served promptly. Everyone was happy with the food, the waiter was very friendly and polite and we decided to book a booth for cocktails later in the afternoon after a jaunt to the castle. On our return we had some really awesome cocktails, tasty and expertly made. Good value for money and we will definitely be making a return journey!

Had an unplanned evening meal here on a weekday evening.

The atmosphere was relaxed and there was a good selection on the menu. Food was brought to the table quickly and was excellent quality and well priced.

They had a fantastic selection at the bar and a comprehensive cocktail menu.

Recommended!

Very, very slow service by a sweet but overworked waitress. Orders that were wrong were blamed on us. Took over an hour and a half for us to all be served with our food. . Manageress said kitchen was busy but inside restaurant was empty. Bar man was too busy cleaning glasses to serve me. Took 10 minutes to get two soft drinks even though I was only customer at bar. We eventually got discount on bill but did not really appease us. Never again.
