Cheap but a great standard for the price. Pleasant bar for a good atmosphere for a few afternoon drinks. Security available so very safe. Good breakfast included in price.
Fairly good location for town but a short walk.
Parking is expensive nearby, but the car was secure and we got a minibus over to the hotel as its a short walk.

Not impressed with this hotel. room was clean but beds are so hard and also pillows. We were advised to book breakfast in the evening its 7.00 pound for a buffet, if you don't book its 10.00 pound ? Sorry to say breakfast was awful,They had run out of everything at 10.15am, doesn't close until 11am The time the girl put 1 dish of bacon out it was gone in seconds, it was a very busy weekend as it was booked solid 6 mnths in advance for the icehockey playoffs, They had run out off bread, no juice except forest fruits which was awful. no orange or grapefruit etc.. We complainend to the manager and he said I will get you eggs as we had none he brought them to us after we had finished ! total waste of money hence we all went to a café for the next 2 mornings and paid 4.00 for a far nicer breakfast. The next time we go we will all be booking the premier inn far higher standard.he same money. The hotel staff were lovely but could not cope at breakfast. such a shame as they will lose a fortune next year ie approx. 200 guests

Room Tip: All the rooms I have stayed in are clean and quiet. plenty of lifts nice clean towels and bathroom...

Great location short walk from the station but not much close by for entertainment.

Staff did a good job and excellent breakfast, really very good.

Room a good size and hotel is modern and clean.

Issues the hotel is cold and the pillows are awful and I've never thought about pillows in a hotel before. The staff did provide a heater for my room but either the internal heating didn't work or was on too low.

I stayed for a night in one of their double rooms. The room was lovely and clean, comfy bed, decent desk and TV, and had a good sized bathroom. Great view too.
The staff were all very friendly, and happy to help. I arrived at 1pm, but check-in isn't until 2pm, yet they still had a room sorted and checked me in early.
Breakfast was £7.50 if booked the day before (or £10 on the day). It was a lovely big buffet with everything from cereals, fruit, selection of breads and pastries, and lots of the usual cooked bits. Teas/coffees/juice also available. All very delicious!
My only issue with the room would have been the temperature. I had an aircon/heater system in the room, but found myself very cold in the night as I couldn't work out how to use the system! I'm sure if i had called reception the issue could have been sorted though.
Apart from that, very lovely hotel, and would definitely use them again!

Good location, within walking distance to city centre though we took a taxi to the restaurant where we had reservations (£4). No on site parking but other parking is within 3-5 mins walk (£6 overnight so not too bad). Had to park briefly in loading bay on the road close by to run in, check in, then run back out to take the car to the car park which is a bit of a pain but manageable. Great rate for a triple room with breakfast at £45 - breakfast was ok, but as the hotel was busy, they ran out of orange juice - no major issue but its just one of those niggly things that can take the shine off a stay. Comfortable clean rooms, staff were good, hotel itself pleasant enough and definately worth staying at again.

Stayed with 2 mates, in Sunday bank holiday at a discounted bed and breakfast rate! Great location and very stylish hotel design! Staff at reception went above and beyond with car park map directions taxi info, and things we ran out of!!! Ate in the bar area and food was good standard and quality for prices! Wide variety of drinks and food options! Even did veggie sausages for breakfast! Rooms were comfortable an of good standard! Only 2 downfalls. Wifi was at an additional charge as most 3 star hotels we stay its always included in the rate as £10 for 24 hours is quite a bit. Also they recommend a car park after the bridge, no discount and not very clear as its in the same parking lot as a security company with no clear makings where was the allocated parking. Would stay again as these faults wouldn't affect our future decision!!!

Although didn't use the hotel too much as it was just an overnight stay for a night out in Nottingham, was impressed with the whole set-up.
Very modern feel, really nice rooms.
Again used the bar briefly which looked very nice.
