Stayed here on Sunday 15th April. My husband and son were going to see the wrestling at the arena. On arrival we had somehow lost our tickets since we left home, Keely on reception was fantastic and helped us get it sorted out. Luckily they got to the event and myself and my Mum stayed at the hotel. Food was great, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great as well and you cannot fault the rooms. Surrounding area not great, but for a stop over it was idea. Thanks again to all the staff who helped us

A very Premier Inn, Premier Inn. Lovely staff, clean room, good breakfast. Bed a little on the hard side, but a very minor niggle. Not the nicest area around it, but well placed for arena. As a stop off point on a long journey perfect place for a night's rest.

We stayed overnight here for the premier darts league at Nottm Arena.
I really cannot fault the hotel at all. What really stood out was how friendly and helpful all staff were. We took advantage of the 3 course dinner and breakfast offer, which was brilliant value. Phil in the restaurant gave service which was second to none, Thank you.
The location is perfect for the arena and for the city centre.
The room was spotlessly clean, of a good size and very comfortable. The double glazed windows kept out any outside road noise.
And parking for just £3 .. What a bargain.
Would I recommend this hotel? .. Most definitely!!

Great location if you are a fan of Ice Hockey, or if you are going to a concert, as this hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the National Ice Centre. A few more minutes walk and you are in the city centre!

It's also easily accessible by car and has it's own private car park. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms large and well looked after. No complaints!

How do they do it? Every Premier Inn I have been to has been welcoming, clean and comfortable. The staff are unfailingly friendy and helpful - if only some other hotels were nearly as good.

This one is no exception. Convenient for Nottingham City Centre. I see some peiople have complained about the car park charge, but it is only £3.00, and I'd rather not have to pay if I have travelled by train.

30 minutes free wi-fi, or 24 hours wi-fi for £3 is excellent. I was charged £15 for 24 hours by the Hilton!

I have been staying at this Premier Inn for many years as it is close to the venue I am attending. I booked in January and on arrival was told there was now a charge for the car park of £3 per night.
I was very unhappy about this and the staff said they were not happy either at having to tell people but I paid. When I met up with my friend who had also booked at the same time she was told she didnt have to pay as she had booked a couple of months ago and at that time there was nothing on the website to say there was a charge. The following morning I went to reception to explain and was told I should not have been charged for the car park for the same reason it was not a charge on their website at the time of booking it came into effect on 1 March.
