I visited with 4 children aged between 13 and 17. We all enjoyed the museum and would recommend a visit. We especially enjoyed the start of the tour which involved us in experiencing criminal justice as it was (or more correctly, was not!) in the past. We all agreed that this part of the tour could have been further exploited. Towards the end of the tour we wandered around freely and soaked up the atmosphere of the venue. It was quite eerie - especially when l entered a dark cell and my son jumped out on me! We stayed much longer than our allotted time which did not cause any difficulty - we also spent some time in the old Court room taking photos of ourselves in the Judge's wig which was fun! Staff were very helpful. Would visit again.
