We were really disappointed when we saw our room after reading the reviews on here. Although the room was clean it was so dated and in need of renovation that it looked dirty. The bedding had some holes in it and the towels, although perfectly clean, had gone a slight grey colour because of their age. We've given a rating of average because it was clean (the most important thing to us) and the location was great.

Stayed here for 2 nights with family at Easter. All the staff were great, very professional & helpful also very friendly. The rooms are very clean & it is very near the town centre for walking.
Breakfast was fresh & plenty of choice. We had a meal one the first night that was ok,not brilliant but fine. Would definitely use this hotel again.

This was a lovely hotel with everything you expect from a Premier Inn but what was perfect was it being in central Nottingham and close walking distance to the theatre, bars and restaurants. There was a restaurant in the hotel with good pub food and a Costa Coffee. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean, spacious with a great bathroom.

Forget Holiday Inn, Travelodge & Days Inn, the Premier Inn in Nottingham was fantastic! Nothing out of the ordinary but having stayed in Travelodge's and similar in the past I am used to getting a service that mirrors the "budget" price you pay, gloomy faces, drab dated interior & basic rooms. However, everything we encountered was as good as a hotel you would pay 3 times the price for. The staff were cheery & helpful, the rooms were comfortable, & the breakfast was AWESOME.

The location is great, the car parking is convenient, the amenities on site are useful, there are tram stops right outside and the Capital FM arena is only 5 mins (by tram) or 15 mins walk away.

Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Nottingham. Brilliant!

Room Tip: Limited parking spaces so definitely worth booking in advance, cheaper than parking in a town centre...

Other than some building work outside the hotel and a couple of small marks on the carpet in the room my stay was excellent. The bed was the most comfortable of any i've come across and the locatation is fantastic for those wanting access to the city centre as it is a 2 minute walk to the victoria centre and only 5 minutes from slab square.

This hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Close to the shops etc, and the staff go out of their way to make your stay a very pleasurable one. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable, there os very little internal/external noise considering where it is based, and the food is absolutely delicious and good value for money!

We will definitely be staying here again later this year. You come as customers and leave as friends!

Room Tip: ouirs was room 328 - not much of a view (being in town it was surrounded by other buildings so shut...

Very good hotel. Beds clean and soft and comfortable, room very spacious. When we arrived back from our evening out, and when we checked in in the morning, the lobby was in chaos with drunken guests (several good venues are nearby) but we couldn't hear a peep of this until we left our room!

Tram stop is right outside and the city centre itself (and station) is just about walkable.

Only problem is parking, which is a bit far away (and uphill) to be pulling heavy bags. There is a sign to the hotel in the stairwell but once you're outside on Chaucer Street there's nothing to point you in the right direction. There appears to be some kind of discount for guests of the hotel but this isn't mentioned anywhere nor by the staff when you check in (I only found out because we lost the chipcoin used to pay for parking and there was a tiny notice on the security guard's window about the offer).

Recommended for a night out!

Room Tip: The hotel seemed to be well-soundproofed so I presume if we couldn't hear the revellers, you are...
