Enthusiastic staff and creatively done play. The seats were comfortable and the temperature/air flows worked well. It is situated in a very accessible area and is also accessible to persons with disabilities. Signage, people movement, intermission arrangements were quite good.

Although it cannot be compared with London theatres, this small-city theatre is a pleasure to visit.

thank you for your email. I am delighted you enjoyed your visits.

I rather think we do better in some respects than some London theatres! More foyer space, comfier seats, a more welcoming environment than many theatres I've visited in the West End!

We look forward to seeing your soon

Good atmosphere and friendly staff. The performance and the venue was really good. The bar area is a bit basic.

Thank you for your comments regarding your visit.

I would be interested to hear more about your thoughts concerning the bar area. If you'd like to drop me a line at richards@nottinghamplayhouse.co.uk

We endeavour to keep Cast looking warm and inviting as much as possible so would be keen to hear about any improvements you think we might be able to make.

Kind regards

5 minutes into 2nd act of a highly enjoyable play and actor took ill on stage. He professionally headed for the wings making his departure appear to be part of the script. Stage manager then house manager came on stage to keep audience updated on what was happening and clearly explained refund etc process.

Brilliant last night performance of the panto again. Far more suitable for adults than children but that is what you expect on the last performance. Great fun. Do allow plenty of time to park though.

Dear Lilly Rose

thank you for your review of the pantomime. I am delighted you enjoyed the show.

With regards to parking, if you cannot find a space on the streets outside, we do have a relationship with the NCP car park on Mount Street and St James Street. If you bring your parking ticket into us, we can validate it and then you can park in one of those car parks for up to 7 hours for just £5.

All best

I've been attending performances at the Playhouse for the best part 18yrs and have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work. Accessible and affordable theatre for all. I would recommend investing in the backstage pass membership scheme. Fantastic discounts.
