The place has the distinct air of being run down in readiness for a complete refurbishment.
Nothing works, everything is a bit second rate and the staff are completely demoralised.
On the plus side, the room was pretty clean and very spacious and the location is great for Nottingham.
But that really is it - no WiFi, a glass TV with 7 channels, a restaurant from a 1980s Crossroads episode, broken lift (ain't great if you're on the 10th floor) and staff that have become punch-drunk from the incessant complaints.
There was a really nice jolly lady doing the breakfast but it turned out her good humour was due to her impending departure for another job.More
