I took a friend to Ania's and, as usual, it was great. The service is always good and the beetroot soup is to die for. She was very impressed. I must bring my parents soon.

We first visited Anias some years ago when it had only just opened and thought it was excellent. We recently revisited and again it didnt disappoint at all. The staff are extremely friendly (try to teach you a bit of Polish whilst taking your order!!) and helpful in suggesting dishes and what to have with what. As on our previous visit, we had starters and mains plus beers. The portions are very generous, we were really full by the end of the meal, and the final bill was extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend trying Anias even if you`ve never thought of trying Polish food before - at the price, you really cant go wrong!!

Full restaiurant on a Saturday night. Greeted politely (but not well considering a owner managed establishment). Decor OK but rahter bland. We expected to see somethinh of Poland in the decor and ambience. Service prompt and polite. First time with polish food but as expected..wholesome and hearty. Pork and vegetables cooked and presented well...but lacking imagination. We had starters and main as dessert menu mainly varieties of ice cream. The liquer coffee was the best I've ever had!!! And the complimentary honey vodka a real treat. Total bill £44 including wine...good value we thought. Will certainly go again.BTW colud not find a website for them!!!
