“Ghastly Food”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 2, 2012

I recently took a disabled friend out to lunch at The Boatside Inn. It was supposed to be a treat for her as she has just come out of hospital. We ordered a sandwich lunch with fries. It was ghastly, cheap horrible food with an overflowing plate. Why would a tuna sandwich arrive having been warmed and toasted? Why cover a plate with pasta salad, fruit, raw onion, coleslaw when we expected a dainty sandwich? £20 for 2 sandwiches! Not recommended in any way.
