Stumbled across Zizzi's and very pleased we did! Great staff and a good menu made for a very pleasant evening, the jazz ensemble was a bonus that added to the experience. The Gorgonzola and Gruyere fondue is highly recommended as a starter, and we shared flavorsome garlic and rosemary bread and mozzarella and tomatoes. Yum! Mains well presented, prawn linguine excellent and the mushroom risotto had hints of rosemary which gave it a great taste. Good wine menu, the Prosecco is recommended. We were too full for dessert after generous portions. Would recommend and would certainly return

we ate here after visiting the national railway museum - mid afternoon on a Sunday - it was really nice and tasty - good mix of couples and families - friendly staff and the food was really nice - not huge portions but satisfying especially after starters and with desserts - good balance - it is slightly more expensive than the usual chain Italians but it is really well cooked food - made fresh - in the exposed kitchen. Would definitely come back again.

Had dinner here on a Saturday evening. Interior was nice-great wall mural! Food sounded good and although nice enough we felt some of it lacked real flavour. Bolognese was a bit disappointing. Ice cream was very good indeed though-recommend it! Service was good and friendly. Have been to Zizzi in Cambridge and enjoyed meal more.

Called in for the 3 course lunch deal. Excellent sized starters of garlic bread, light, fluffy and hot. Main course of chicken and spinach calzone was lovely, my wife had Lasagne, a little sloppy and too much tomato(for her taste), but still tasted quite nice. Desserts were chocolate melt and ice cream, the melt was a little rich, plus lemon tarte, need to serve fresh pouring cream or ice cream with this. Overall a really good value experience and I wouldn't hesitate in trying Zizzi's again. Very attentive staff.,

Golden rule of restaurants - don't skimp on portion sizes. Zizzi have managed portion control to the gram, and have got it wrong. Nice food, but not worth the cost.
