It was very cheap, and handy to our hotel. Very uninspiring inside. Food was not bad, though we'd eaten nearly all the appetisers before the sauce arrived, but it was not authentic. Having lived in Burma and Singapore and travelled widely in SE Asia, this was Chinese food cooked for people who don't really know what Chinese food should taste like. Best thing was the duck.

Had a lovely meal in this small local restaurant. The food was freshly prepared and delicious and the staff friendly.

Just had a takeaway from here, the food was shocking. Ordered special chow mein, noodles resembled those out of a super noodle packet, meat was scarce and the chicken I did get was reformed. Even the prawn crackers were terrible - tasteless. Do not go there!

We visited on a Thursday evening as we did not really want to walk too far from our hotel. Our food was very good - fresh, well cooked, tasty and without the "goo" that is often encountered with chienese food. There was no awaking in the night feeling parched or any other repercussions. Yes, decor is akin to a transport cafe with a hint of time warp (having now seen other comments) although a more accurate reference would be to to the original Balti Houses in Birmingham - the point being that it was the food, the company and the hospitality that was important. We enjoyed it and the staff were helpful too. We would go there again.
