Especially if you're a member of the National Trust (free entry). We visited in November when they were closing the house down and it could only be seen via guided tour - which was fascinating. We attended the Frank Green tour and learned heaps about this eccentric millionaire. They also have a tour of the cellar where Roman ghosts have been seen - didn't get to that but want to in future.
