We visited here last Friday on a visit to York. We both had pigeon for starters. It was cooked to perfection and a large portion.
We had the venison main course which had three different styles of venison and were all cooked to perfection also.
We had cheese board for dessert. This had generous portions of a variety of cheese. This was enjoyed with a glass of port.
The waiters were very attentive and seemed genuinely happy while serving.
The overall experience was good and it was reasonably priced also. I recommend anyone to give it a try.
