“Perfect!”
Reviewed August 1, 2014 for a stay in July 2014

The house was absolutely spotless with plenty of fluffy towels, beautiful clean bedding and a pint of milk in the fridge. The added bonus of the little private yard was great to hang the wet towels after some lovely days at the beach. Everything we needed was catered for and we had a fantastic week away. Parking was difficult but we parked a few minutes walk away and left one of the cars for the whole week without any problems. We're now looking into renting another of Sharan's properties just for us. Thanks for giving us a beautiful base for the week.

“Hidden gem.”
Reviewed July 18, 2014 for a stay in July 2014

Superb house for staying in whitby. Arrived to a lovely, clean, well- kitted out house. We enjoyed the decor, comfortable beds and great living space. The yard at the back was a lovely surprise especially as it us a sun trap most of the day. The location is perfect for discovering Whitby. Only a 3 minute walk to the town. So - perfect we parked our car and didn't use it until we were leaving. Pannett park opposite is lovely for the children. There is a great playground for kids of all ages.
We have been so pleased with our rental. We would definitely use the same owner again and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

“Home from home”
Reviewed July 13, 2014 for a stay in March 2014

My boyfriend enjoys sea fishing and often travels to Whitby, so we booked this gorgeous little cottage for a little weekend break.
We couldn't of asked for more. The location was perfect, decor and furnishings are up to date, fresh and clean. The local shops are only a 5 minute walk away and we were able to make use of the kitchen with some fab meals.
As we were able to bring our dog too, we literally felt like this cottage was our home away from home!

“Upset that we had to leave”
Reviewed July 4, 2014 for a stay in June 2014

First impressions, exactly as seen on holiday letting.

Ideal location and setting if you don 't mind the steps leading to the cottage. We didn't have a problem with them but wouldn't suit anyone with walking difficulties.
The cottage had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable plus
friendly neighbours
Parking permits were left by Sharan the owner which made things easy. Then we found Hanover terrace which is just round the corner and you are able to park for free.
Arrived home today but already looking to book for next year.

“Fantastic relaxing stay. Will be back!!”
Reviewed June 21, 2014 for a stay in June 2014

We had a great 5 nights at this home. It's of a very high spec and has all you need during your stay. It was nice to arrive to a few essentials like milk and tea and coffee aswell as cleaning products etc. the beds are so comfy and the place is so quiet and peaceful.

It's so close to the town centre but far enough away to be a quiet retreat. The big TV was a plus aswell as having all the free view channels. The place was so clean and tidy and plenty of towels for everyone.

There's a beautiful park across from the house which is well worth a visit as it's truly wonderful.

We love Whitby and would don't hesitate staying here again. Don't think just book you will not regret it xo

“Beautiful cottage”
Reviewed June 18, 2014 for a stay in June 2014

Very pretty cottage in walking distance of Whitby town centre. The cottage has been tastefully renovated and well equipped, excellent for family or two couples travelling together. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. A cafetiere would have been useful as we like fresh coffee in the morning. Thank you for a lovely stay Sharan.

Beautifully decorated and cosy cottage is only two minutes walk to the harbour. It was kitted out with everything you needed for your stay, even a bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival! The private yard to side of the property was an unexpected surprise, lovely private little sun trap with outdoor table and chairs. We loved our stay in the cottage. We will definitely be recommending it to family and friends!
