“Perfect break!!”
Reviewed July 10, 2014 for a stay in July 2014

Could not have been better. Well equipped, homely, clean cottage with lovely views across Danby Dale. Shared garden was ideal for sitting with a drink on an evening in peaceful surroundings. Would highly recommend.

had a lovely week break at Snowdrop cottage, well equipt and beautifully furnished. Set in a courtyard, with enclosed garden area next to the farm was a very peaceful setting. There was a lovely welcoming touch of a home made cake, which didn't last long with my husband. travelling to Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay and Goathland was in very easy reach. Would recommend this cottage to anyone who wants to spend to quality time relaxing. Go in cooler months and enjoy relaxing with the log burner - we did.

“This is for Bluebell Cottage (Next Door)”

This review is for bluebell cottage which is within the courtyard containing buttercup and snowdrop all owned by Andrew and Judith Morris. It is a lovely property maintained to a very high standard, we stayed with our 11 year old daughter and 2 jack Russells. The cottage was spotless with all the mod cons and beautiful views, it is ideally situated for visits to Whitby, robin hoods bay etc but is also nicely secluded for a get away from it all!! The owners are very friendly and our daughter was fascinated by the farming side of their business we were invited to watch him working with his calves which he was raising for breeding stock. I also had an opportunity to view the bed and breakfast rooms within the main house and again these were to a high standard again. I would highly recommend this holiday cottage/ cottages to people wanting to visit this part of the country.
