Visited here on the strength of a recommendation from the owners of the excellent guesthouse that we were staying in and thought we were in luck getting a table on a Saturday evening.
The restaurant was busy and has a great atmosphere.
I ordered the scallops to start and would have taken a photo of them but they were so tiny that they were practically invisible !
Our mains were average and really lacked flavour.
The two young girls working that evening were incredibly inexperienced but made up for this by being both friendly and helpful.
The main plus point of our evening was the location and atmosphere and also the fact that the girls in accurately calculated our bill and I was not charged for my main course.
I am loathe to ever write a bad review but was so disappointed as this place is brimming with potential.
