Charming hotel with pleasant and helpful staff.
Nice setting with patio and garden area. A bit of a way out but clear directions mean it is easy to find.
Rooms are spacious, clean and with character.
Library room would be very pleasant to relax and have a drink in.
Staff were very helpful when we had to make last minutes changes for our young daughter.

i would like to say what a super experience in staying at this hotel its 7 minutes away from Whitby
its quite and peaceful, the staff are very accommodating and very friendly. We had booked the wrong hotel? we had booked the Dunsley Hall in Stourbridge which cost me £95 for this mistake!!!, as i had to pay the cancellation fee.I did try to contact them several times and the receptionist at the hotel tried, we eventually got through but we tried to get reimbursed through booking.com but to no avail. I would go back to this hotel because the hotel is clean quite, rooms are old y world y and the food is scrumptious try the afternoon tea its to die for !!!!!!! the breakfast is excellent. But on a sad if you book this hotel through booking .com make sure you are not charged for the same name hotel in stourbridge

Room Tip: ground floor is very good

We recently got married at Dunsley Hall and can't thank them enough for making our big day so special. From the very first time we visited, until the day of our wedding we had first class treatment. The service from everyone at the hotel was outstanding and friendly. Gordon did an excellent job of co-ordinating and helping us put our plans into action. The food was amazing and we had lots of friends mention what a fabulous venue it is. Thank you again!

We stayed here for a Valentine's night and loved it! We were in room no.1 which was huge complete with four poster bed, lovely fruit and flowers. The staff were really friendly. The food at the restaurant was fantastic both for dinner and for breakfast. We would definiately come back.
